How do I make a complaint?

A complaint relating to a registered practitioner's professional conduct or ability to practice can be made in writing to:

You should identify yourself and state the reasons for your complaint.  If necessary please attach any documentation which supports your allegations, such as plans, photos etc.  Please note however, these documents will remain in the Commissions file and cannot be returned to you.
