Ministerial Direction No.1: Tendering Provisions for Public Construction

This Direction sets out the tendering provisions for public construction effective from 1 July 2008. This supersedes the version issued on 1 February 2002. The new version incorporates the requirement to consider mandatory criteria in pre-qualification and/or tendering processes.
